Implement Consulting Group is a Scandinavian-rooted consultancy operating globally and with a track record of 25 years of consecutive growth. An average yearly growth rate of 20% makes us a fast-growing, agile tribe, working closely with our clients on complex transformation projects. Recently, we opened our first American office in Raleigh, North Carolina, to be even closer to the rapidly growing number of U.S. clients.

What defines us

At Implement, we believe that helping organizations become truly fit for humans and fit for the future calls for an uncompromising combination of deep functional and transformational expertise.

It also calls for the mindset that all change begins with people and that consulting is, essentially, about helping.

Problems can be complicated, solutions cannot

Implement is built on always putting people before structure, and we strongly believe that bringing together autonomy, a drive to collaborate, and a feeling of belonging to something bigger than ourselves creates exactly that environment of trust and engagement that truly enables us to help people and organizations solve their most critical business challenges.

Our approach

We offer our clients a unique approach to creating organizational transformation. We involve our clients early in the process to ensure a very high degree of co-creation and co-ownership in the change process. We believe that this is a prerequisite for real transformation and that it should be built on principles of authenticity, impact, people, importance, and energy.

We call this collaborative consulting, and this approach allows us to deploy and align our cross-functional expertise with our clients’ objectives to deliver change with sustainable impact.

What we do

In the United States, we support global clients in a wide range of initiatives as well as large-scale transformation in operations management, strategy, finance, and digitalization. We strive to look beyond the traditional scope of management consulting with an ambition to drive transformation from management vision to real change with sustainable impact.

However, our ambition has implications. It is not enough to point to a solution and deliver a strategy and a plan for how to get there. In every encounter, we co-create with our clients in a way that leverages the wisdom of the crowd and makes the clients’ organizations take ownership of the change.

How can we best put this into practice together with our clients?

Join us

We are continuously looking for the brightest minds to join us and help our clients make their company fit for the future.
