Quantitative survey analyst for our in-house Analysis team

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Analysis team and work with quantitative survey data, visualisation and analysis work.

At Implement Consulting Group, we aim to make a difference in the consulting industry. We believe that the ability to create Change with Impact is a precondition for success in an increasingly global and turbulent world.

By joining us, you will be working with change in a different way. You will get the chance to combine analytical thinking and intuitive understanding – hard and soft knowledge – to solve the problems that clients are facing. Working closely with clients, you will define project goals and design the process that will help them get there.

Job content – Change with Impact

We are looking for a candidate for our in-house Analysis team who enjoys working with quantitative analysis and managing various personality tests.

The job content varies, but includes:
  • Design and framework of survey methodology in projects
  • Setup and distribution of surveys using various tools
  • Data management and validation
  • Data analysis, reporting and visualisation of key results
  • Distribution and management of various personality tests
  • Various administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing and ad-hoc assignments)

There will be a variety of tasks, depending on our current clients and internal projects. The workload will be approx. 37 hours per week, but overtime will occur.

We are looking for a candidate who:
  • Has a background in business administration, sociology or other relevant fields focussing on quantitative research and analysis
  • Is interested in the cross-field of data and business and wants to work in a high-paced, energetic and exciting environment
  • Has experience with software such as SurveyXact, Alteryx, Tableau and Excel or other data management tools
  • Has minimum three years of relevant work experience
  • Is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Is structured and can work independently
  • Is analytical, empathic, service-minded and a team player

What do we offer?

We offer a position in a fast-growing consultancy where you will be responsible for supporting various quantitative projects. You will become part of a small but competent team of three full-time employees and three student assistants who are all dedicated to survey management and quantitative analysis. We have an informal way of working together and the communication language is mainly Danish.

You will also have excellent development opportunities within quantitative data management and analysis among highly competent and ambitious colleagues. We work with a high degree of freedom with responsibility and support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients and colleagues create exceptional results. We offer a truly unique culture, a network of helpful colleagues and a company trying to change the business of consulting to create Change with Impact.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

The application deadline is as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
