Putting sustainability on the strategic agenda
Join us for an inspirational session on rethinking your approach to sustainability. You will be inspired by new perspectives to strategic sustainability, learn about Novo Nordisk’s newly launched Global Environmental Strategy and network with leaders.
Not very long ago, thinking and acting in a sustainable manner was an optional add-on to your corporate strategy. But the game has changed. Sustainability is no longer a peripheral nice-to-have. It is an absolute must-have for any organisation that wants to be fit for the future. Consequently, we need to rethink our approach to sustainability and challenge old ways of working.
One global organisation that has succeeded in putting sustainability at the top of the corporate agenda is Novo Nordisk. Having pioneered triple-bottom line thinking, Novo Nordisk has recently once again raised the bar through the launch of their highly ambitious Global Environmental Strategy, Circular for Zero. At our upcoming session, Dorethe Nielsen, Vice President of Corporate Environmental Management, will share her experience and perspectives and present highlights from the new strategy.
To inspire you on rethinking sustainability in a strategic context, Implement Consulting Group will look at key changes in the way companies work with sustainability. We will challenge conventional thinking, present key trends and reveal insights behind what we believe are some of the most interesting business cases.
The event is targeted at senior leaders, and INSEAD alumni and is co-organised with INSEAD Alumni Association.
