Planning your supply chain
In a volatile and uncertain world, you need the right process and tools for planning to efficiently operate your supply chain. Join us for half a day of inspiration, where we will present our experience and learning from making supply chain organisations ready to tackle the planning challenges of today.
Dwight D. Eisenhower once said that “plans are nothing; planning is everything”. We know that for planning to be effective, it must take place throughout the entire organisation – not only in the corner offices once a year.
On 13 March, we will therefore let the topic take its point of departure in how you integrate planning activities at all levels of the organisation, from setting strategic S&OP directions to day-to-day operational decisions.
This planning event is relevant if you work in a small or medium-sized company within manufacturing and distribution and seek concrete inspiration for how to improve your planning capabilities.
During the event, you will get the chance to meet experts from our Aarhus office working with planning and supply chain. Depending on the participants, the event will be held in Danish.
