Virtual session

The EU taxonomy for sustainable activities

On Point: Free bite-sized webinars
Date

23 February

How the financial sector’s sustainability agenda and the EU taxonomy will impact your business.

The new EU classification system for sustainable activities (EU taxonomy) will redefine the way companies work with sustainability. The EU taxonomy will impact companies’ access to capital, evoke new reporting structures and require investors, companies and financial institutions to outline environmental sustainability from a new point of view – economic activities.

Join us for this short webinar where we will elaborate on the new EU taxonomy. If you get a head start with interpreting the new sustainability regime already today, you will ease your reporting efforts from 2022 and potentially increase your access to capital.

Aspired learning impact

This short session will give you:

  • Insights into how to interpret the EU taxonomy from a non-financial (company) perspective.
  • A guide to how to use the new order of sustainability as a lever for change, increased financial attractiveness and to align your sustainable progress with the requirements of investors and creditors.

When using these learnings, you will be able to:

  • Undertake the first steps to a successful approach to aligning current sustainable efforts with the new order of sustainability.
  • Understand your company’s activities’/products’ compliance with the sustainability thresholds.
