Sustainable Strategy

On Point: Free bite-sized webinars
Date

20 October

How can you rethink your strategy and move towards sustainability at high speed?

Leaders around the globe have recognised that we need to act. Climate change, global inequality and resource shortages all represent external challenges facing our organisations, while thoughtless use of raw materials, short-term-oriented decision-making and diversity issues challenge our organisations internally.

In short, the basic principles on which our organisations were built are being questioned.

Consequently, we need to rethink our approach to sustainability and challenge the old ways of working. Not long ago, thinking and acting in a sustainable manner was an optional add-on to your corporate strategy. The game has changed. Sustainability is no longer a peripheral nice-to-have. It is an absolute must-have for any organisation that wants to be fit for the future.
