How can you quickly transfer your key product development projects to a virtual setting?

Many organisations often struggle with product development projects when people cannot meet physically. We need to find a new way of creating energy in the digital realm and fundamentally rearrange how projects are driven with virtual project rooms.

Going virtual with your development project room can be quick and easy. However, it requires new team behaviour, digital discipline and structure. With the right preparation, the correct set-up and good facilitation, the virtual project room can be highly engaging, interactive and efficient.

Aspired learning impact

This short session will give you:

  • Insights on quickly setting up projects in the virtual space
  • A demo of a virtual project room and a kick-off and planning workshop

When using the learnings you will:

  • Get your key development projects up and running online
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively, while keeping your colleagues engaged

  • We will use Zoom* for the session.
  • Please make sure the Zoom application is installed and running on your computer at least 10 min. before start
  • It may be a good idea to restart your computer before entering the meeting
  • Find a quiet area where you can sit
  • Grab a pair of headphones in order to avoid echo, and check your audio and microphone is working
  • Join us online at the link you receive in the registration email
