Smart factory with real impact

How to structure your smart factory to create real impact for your business and your people

There is no doubt that a huge potential lies in exploring smart manufacturing technologies. Yet, all too often ideas, pilots and certain types of software and hardware do not yield the expected return. Our work has shown that this is caused by a lack of a common vision, people and business impact focus. In essence, leaders start asking themselves: Which direction should we pursue, and what impact can we expect?

Join us for this webinar where we will elaborate on how to navigate the different technologies and what impact front-running companies are experiencing. You will be introduced to our approach to the smart factory of the future and how to structure it to create real impact.

Aspired learning impact

This short session will give you:

  • An understanding of the impact and potential that lie in smart manufacturing technologies.
  • Specific advice to overcome the hurdle of “pilot purgatory” or the initiation of the smart factory journey and which strategic choices to consider.

When using the learnings, you will be able to:

  • Navigate the elements of the smart factory (IT infrastructure, people and tech) and understand the roles they play in the success of your journey.
  • Use a pragmatic approach in your own organisation to take initial ideas and start creating real impact.

  • We will use Zoom for the session. Please make sure that the Zoom application is installed and running on your computer at least 10 min. before the session.
  • It may be a good idea to restart your computer before entering the meeting.
  • Find a quiet place to sit.
  • Grab a pair of headphones to avoid echo, and check that your audio/microphone is working.
  • Join us online at the link you received in the registration email.
