How can you maintain margins when turbulence hits and revenue falls?

The ability to rapidly manage operational costs is essential for survival and recovery amid the global COVID-19 crisis. Many companies have already taken steps to manage declining revenue in the short term. Yet there is still a way to go to return to pre-crisis margins.

In this session, we will introduce a pragmatic approach on how to rapidly reduce costs across the entire supply chain with the aim of adjusting operations to the new market situation, including specific industry insights and case examples.

Preparation

  • We will use Zoom* for the session.
