How can you create a corporate ecosystem of continuous learning?

The world is changing faster than our organisational competencies are developing. Learning is needed now more than ever. This challenge calls for a transformation and mindset shift in terms of how we understand and approach learning in organisations.

We’ve gathered three levers to help you start working systematically towards the learning organisation by supporting self-directed learning, using a holistic learning framework and setting the right cultural conditions for learning.

This session will focus on moving beyond “traditional” training, e-learning and corporate academies and embracing a new holistic paradigm for corporate learning in everyday life.

Aspired learning impact

This short session will give you:

  • The concept and key dimensions of the learning organisation
  • Insights about the three main levers for creating better conditions for self-directed everyday learning

When using the learnings you will:

  • Understand and work with corporate learning in a broader perspective
  • Make an overall assessment of barriers and enablers of learning in your own organisation

  • We will use Zoom* for the session.
  • Please make sure the Zoom application is installed and running on your computer at least 10 min. before start
  • It may be a good idea to restart your computer before entering the meeting
  • Find a quiet area where you can sit
  • Grab a pair of headphones in order to avoid echo, and check your audio and microphone is working
  • Join us online at the link you receive in the registration email
