1 July

How can you design high-performing organisations that are fit for humans and fit for the future?

In this new era driven by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, organisations are under constant pressure, as they need to react quickly to changes and adapt fast to new circumstances. In order to be successful, organisations need to become more human-centred and less bureaucratic. Surprisingly, the opposite can be observed, as the so-called bureaucracy mass index of organisations is growing year after year.

In this short webinar, we will discuss how you can decrease your organisational bureaucracy by creating an operating model for your company that is fit for humans and fit for the future.

Aspired learning impact

This short session will provide answers to the following questions:

  • Why are companies still so bureaucratic even though it is crippling their performance?
  • Why should companies be human-centred, and what does it mean for their performance?
  • How can you design an operating model to be fit for the future?

When using the learnings, you will be able to:

  • Benchmark your own bureaucracy mass index and your organisational potential against Swiss companies from our study.
  • Distinguish high-performing organisations from low-performing organisations.
  • Identify the potential in your current operating model to be more fit for humans and fit for the future.
  • Evaluate the journey towards a post-bureaucratic organisation.

  • We will use Zoom* for the session. Please make sure the Zoom application is installed and running on your computer at least 10 min. before start
  • It may be a good idea to restart your computer before entering the meeting
