It’s finally happening!

We're opening our first office in Germany

Welcome to Implement in Munich

We are proud to announce that on 2 July, we will open a new Implement office in Munich. This is a serious commitment – and one we’re also very excited about.

“Entering the German market has been on our agenda for quite some time,” says our CEO, Niels Ahrengot. “We are already very active in Germany and are running several projects from Denmark and Switzerland, but now it is time to officially establish a German entity.”

The Zürich connection

Our new Munich office will collaborate closely with our Zürich office, where we have been active since 2016. “The response from German companies has been very positive so far,” says Senior Partner Claus Sehested who will head the Munich office as well as drive recruitment and client development. “Right now, our focus in Munich is on hiring people within operational efficiency in its broadest sense.”

Aiming high

“From day one, we will have between 7 and 10 consultants at the Munich office. But our goal is to grow to 20 consultants within a year.” Sehested elaborates: “Despite a competitive market with strong players, I’m convinced that our positioning and profile – as a consultancy that masters the combination of solving the problem and delivering change with impact – gives us an all-important edge.”
