Do you have profound experience of working with leadership and organisational development, and wish to create real impact for our clients together with a team of highly engaged colleagues?

We believe that the ability to create Change With Impact is a precondition for success in an increasingly complex and turbulent world. And we are currently seeking consultants with solid experience to join us in Jutland.

Depending on your expertise, experiences and desire, you will work within one or more areas of organisational development.

Every day is different, but you can expect to be involved with:

  • Onboarding and mergers
  • Team development and coaching
  • Cultural change programs
  • Talent and performance management programmes
  • HR excellence & HRIT
  • Organisational design
  • Competence development & adult learning

Our projects are wide-ranging and typically include consulting in a co-creative manner with our clients to help mature the organisation and solutions; development and delivery of accelerated development programs, large scale events and change programs, as well as cross functional collaboration with our colleagues to help create maximum impact for our clients.

Enough about us, what about you?

  • Hold at least one relevant master’s degree
  • As a minimum have 5 years of consulting experience
  • Have the ability and the desire to work with impactful change programs
  • Have the ability to establish a strong partnership with clients at all organisational levels
  • Are inspiring and inspired, normative yet flexible and curious
  • Are able to scope and sell large projects

You are passionate about creating results, and you believe in an appreciative and collaborative approach in the execution of development and change. You can be normative but are aware that nothing is black and white. You love getting actively involved and are capable of combining your knowledge and analytical skills with empathy.
