Management consultants with profound experience from other consultancies or from selling and managing large-scale projects

We experience a highly increased intake of exciting projects and, therefore, we are currently looking for highly competent consultants with profound experience from other consultancies or from selling and managing large-scale projects.

Developing business through people

The job content will be specified according to the right candidate, but includes:

  • Transforming HR and organisations, e.g. new HR operating models, HR strategies, organisational design and post-merger integrations
  • Developing and optimising HR processes and functions
  • Scoping and delivering consultancy services to develop and optimise HR technology and organisations of the future
  • Driving HR digitisation through HR technology strategy and implementation
  • Driving projects and project teams in close collaboration with clients
  • Actively working with clients and networks to inspire and create new assignments
  • Taking part in developing the team and your area of expertise

Our projects are wide-ranging and typically include transforming organisations and change management capabilities to establish organisational excellence and performance.

We are looking for people who
  • Hold at least one relevant master’s degree
  • As a minimum have 2-3 years of experience from another consultancy
  • Have solid experience from one of the following fields: change management, HR technology, HR transformation, organisational design, capability building
  • Have a strong network and thrive on establishing good co-operation with clients at all organisational levels
  • Are capable of scoping and selling major projects
  • Have the ability and the desire to facilitate and train

You are focussed on creating results, and you believe in an appreciative and collaborative approach in the execution of development and change. You can be normative but are aware that nothing is black and white. You love getting actively involved and can combine your knowledge and analytical skills with empathy.
