Job opportunity in Copenhagen

Do you want to transform the agile landscape with public clients?

Do you want to help organisations execute their projects as fast and agile as possible?

We are looking for skilled colleagues who are experienced in Agile project methods and methodologies to help us help public organisations execute their projects as optimally as possible.

We believe that every organisation is unique with its own challenges and risks. We therefore also believe that an Agile transformation must be customised, adhering to the organisation rather than using a fixed method. To do this, we bridge the traditional and Agile models to create unique models catering to our customer organisations’ risk and maturity.

Job content – Change with Impact

You will be running and leading Agile transformation projects to help our customers succeed with their strategy execution through Agile project management. The projects vary but include:

  • Designing and implementing Agile project models and projects in the public sector
  • Training and coaching our customers in the public sector
  • Participating in writing articles, books and conducting research to support Implement’s thought leadership within the Agile community
We are looking for people who
  • Have profound experience of working with Agile models like, but not limited to, Scrum, AgilePM, SAFe etc.
  • Have the ability to establish good co-operation with clients at all organisational levels
  • Excel at communication – both oral and written
  • Can lead teams – both internally and externally
  • Are able to scope and sell medium to large transformation projects
  • As a minimum have 10-15 years of experience, preferably from other consultancies or as an internal consultant in the public sector
  • Are likeable, empathetic and fit into our team

We are sure that you are out there and will fit into our culture if you can be normative, while also being aware that things are never entirely black and white. You love diversity and are analytical as well as empathetic. You also have a flair for designing project models, a huge desire to make results and believe in an appreciative approach in the execution of change. In your future job, you wish to take on the role of adviser, coach and project manager, and you are interested in working with several aspects of the job as a consultant.

What do we offer?

We offer an attractive package as well as excellent development opportunities among highly competent and ambitious colleagues. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients create exceptional results. We offer a truly unique culture, a network of helpful colleagues and a company trying to change the business of consultancy to create Change with Impact.
