Making inclusion more than just a tagline

23 October 2020

Is creating real, inclusive workplaces a problem worth solving for you? If so, then join us when we combine the best of strategy, behavioural design, cultural transformation and neurocognitive research on bias – and together explore how we create inclusive and diverse workplaces.

Diversity is being invited to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance.”

– Verna Myers

We would like to invite you to a virtual dance – a dance where we explore how to create inclusive workplaces – for real.

Therefore, we have put our heads together and created a playlist that combines the best tunes from strategy, behavioural design, neurocognitive research on bias and cultural transformation to tackle this challenge that we consider a “problem worth solving”.

Together, we will explore questions such as:
  • How might we introduce, anchor and sustain lasting behaviour change and mindset shifts towards inclusion and belonging?
  • How might we embed inclusion and diversity initiatives in strategic transformation agendas?
  • How might we creatively tackle the known challenges within inclusion and diversity work?
  • How might we bring a community of experienced inclusion and diversity experts together to prototype new ways forward – together?

Join us for this two-hour jam session, packed with input, inspiration and time to explore your moves on the inclusion dance floor together.
