In this book, the authors provide an elaborate presentation of the five Lean principles.
They discuss why exactly these principles create the new paradigm for the work in relation to corporate processes. Based on this, the book also deals with the demands that Lean makes on management and the organisation as a whole as well as, and perhaps most importantly of all, the framework for a successful start-up and implementation of Lean.
Throughout the book, the Lean work is illustrated with experience from Danish companies.
