Job opportunity in Copenhagen

Are you into improving top-line growth?

Junior consultant in commercial excellence

We are on the lookout for top students with strong analytical and social skills who want to work in management consulting focusing on creating top-line growth.

At Implement Consulting Group, we aim to make a positive difference in the consulting industry, as we believe that the ability to create change with impact and purpose is a precondition for success in a global and turbulent world. We are rapidly expanding our commercial excellence team, and we are excited to bring on board a talented student, who is curious on a career in management consulting, on our journey.

Job content – Change with Impact

The job content varies depending on the candidate, but you will get to work with various areas such as:

  • Value proposition design
  • Sales strategy, leadership and operating model
  • Channel strategy
  • Digital marketing strategy
  • Commercial academy design

Roles and responsibility

We aim for deploying our junior consultants in the field and on projects, which means that your main task will be related to projects rather than internal tasks. You will get to work with data modelling and analysis, presentations, preparation and facilitation of workshops, and you will get the opportunity to influence how much responsibility you are ready to take on. Basically, we want you to grow, and we strive to create the best foundation for you to do so.

We expect you to work 2-3 days per week (approx. 20 hours), and we are, of course, flexible in exam periods.

We are looking for people who:
  • Have the right mix of analytical and emotional intelligence – someone who can come up with the right answer and make it happen in the organisation
  • Have 1.5-3 years left of their studies
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Have a genuine interest in management consulting – and specifically in creating growth

We expect that you are flexible, co-operative and comfortable with working independently under constantly changing conditions. You are free to challenge us, and you must be curious and willing to learn from experienced and passionate consultants. You are empathic and have a sincere interest in people and building relations.

What do we offer?

We offer an instructive, relevant and versatile student job, where you will become familiar with management consulting. We offer an opportunity to be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will contribute to taking your strategic and process-related understanding to the next level. We have an internal training programme for all our junior consultants and value your professional as well as personal development.

If there is a match between our culture and your personality, there might be a possibility of permanent employment as a management consultant after you have completed your studies. This could be in any of our offices around Europe, so do not hesitate if you want to move somewhere else after your studies.

How to apply

As part of the application, we would like you to upload/record a short video (max three minutes), where you answer two questions. This is a way for us to get to know you better early in the recruiting process.

The application deadline is January 7 2020. We look forward to hearing from you!
