Creating commercial impact through collaboration

We are looking for a new colleague to join our cross-organisational Impact Office team in Zurich.

You will be managing the proposal process end to end, engaging the right people, shaping and editing transformational proposal documents, working on presentation preparation and identifying creative ways to communicate messages to our clients. Additionally, you will be co-ordinating some commercial processes.

The goal of our Impact Office is to support and continuously improve our commercial processes, and we are organised as a virtual team with members from each of our practices (service areas) and offices, co-ordinated by a small, central team.

You will join our Zurich office while also being part of the international Impact Office team.

You will work with colleagues from the other offices to share and anchor commercial best practices, develop tools, share knowledge and support the staffing process around projects.

We are looking for a person who:

 

  • Has bid management and/or consulting experience from an international consulting firm, including planning and driving proposal processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Brings a proactive “can-do approach” and has a self-starter mentality with sound commercial understanding
  • Can challenge and raise concerns when they think that things are not going according to plan
  • Can work independently while also enjoying being part of a team
  • Has strong PowerPoint skills and presentation development experience
  • Speaks and writes English and German fluently
  • Holds a master’s degree
