We are looking for ambitious new colleagues with proven experience of working with leadership development, culture transformation and organisational development in a management consultancy firm. You are passionate about creating real impact for clients,  joining a team of highly experienced colleagues.

We are a diverse group of management consultants who are passionate about working with organisations and their leaders, supporting them in their ambitions to develop and sustain first-rate leadership quality and organisational performance. Although we are experts in our field, we largely see ourselves as process facilitators, content curators and creative co-designers of the future. We are confident in our ability to help organisations figuring it out themselves.

If you are fired up about the future of leadership and organisations, have a nerdy analytical side that isn’t afraid to dive deep into new content while being confident and standing your ground when facilitating small to large groups of people (that may sometimes need a bit of convincing), we want to hear from you.

The new colleagues we are looking for have recent experience from other management consultancy firms as well as from selling and managing substantial client projects.

As a collaborative consultant at Implement, you’ll be:

• Pro-actively building relationships, working with clients and your own active network to inspire and create more sales opportunities 
• Scoping the tasks and seeing the project through in close collaboration with great colleagues and our clients.
• Letting your passion and expertise become our shared strength by contributing to developing the team locally as well as throughout our international platform.
• Sharing and continuously learning more about concepts in relation to our fields of expertise.
• Conceptualizing and prototyping tools, methods and the overall journey for organisations to become self-transforming and supporting organisations on their development journey.

Our clients are primarily medium- to large-sized private organisations. Our projects are wide-ranging and typically include developing leadership skills and change management capabilities to establish organisational excellence and performance.

We want to meet you if …

• You have a relevant master’s degree
• You have 8+ years of recent experience from another management consultancy with a spike in one or more of the following fields: change management, leadership development, culture transformation and organisational development.
• You have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset. You have developed a relevant external client network within the Swedish market
• You have the power of making sense of often complex client, business and organisational challenges.
• You have a knack for building and maintaining relationships 
• You can facilitate a conversation and drive a workshop without a large PowerPoint presentation backing you up and have the ability and the desire to facilitate and train groups of leaders.
• You have some sort of entrepreneurial spirit burning inside you to get involved, combining knowledge and analytical prowess with a drive for making a real impact.
• You are passionate about creating results, and you believe in an appreciative and collaborative approach in the execution of development and change.
