Junior consultants for our team in HR, Organisation & Future of Work

We are currently on the lookout for top students with strong analytical and social skills, who want to work in management consulting within the cross-field of people management, business and technology.

Job content – Change with Impact

The job content varies, depending on the candidate. For a range of client projects, the right candidate can be a part of the team, performing tasks such as:

  • Transforming organisations, e.g. designing operating models, organisational design and post-mergers
  • Developing HR strategies and driving transformations with a people-centred approach
  • Optimising HR processes and functions, creating an exceptional employee experience
  • Developing and optimising HR technology and data insights to support organisations of the future
  • Driving HR digitalisation through HR technology strategy and implementation
  • Driving project teams in close collaboration with clients

Roles and responsibility

We aim at deploying our junior consultants in the field and on projects, which means that your main task will be related to projects rather than internal tasks. You will work with data modelling and analysis, presentations and preparation as well as support facilitation of workshops, and you will get the opportunity to influence how much responsibility you are ready to take on. Basically, we want you to grow – and we strive to create the best foundation for you to do so.

We expect you to work 2-3 days per week (approximately 20 hours), and we are, of course, flexible in exam periods.

Are you the bright someone we are looking for?

We are looking for young talents who:

  • Have the right mix of analytical and emotional intelligence – people who can come up with the right answer but also make it happen in the organisation
  • Have 1.5-3 years left of their studies in a relevant field
  • Are within the top 5% of their class
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Have a genuine interest in management consulting
  • Are specifically interested in the intersection of people management, business and technology

We expect you to be flexible and cooperative and comfortable working independently under constantly changing conditions. You are free to challenge us, and you must be curious and willing to learn from experienced and passionate consultants. You are empathic and have a sincere interest in people and in building relations.
