HR Business Partner for our office in Stockholm

Our team in Sweden is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague to join our Stockholm office on the journey towards making our organisation Fit for Humans and fit for the future.

As HR Business Partner in Stockholm, you will work on the front line of helping the leadership team develop HR strategies and solutions that tackle the multiple dimensions of being fit for humans and fit for the future — for real.

The role is both strategic and operational: you will be part of a global HR organisation with a strategic focus, and you will be responsible for HR operations in our Stockholm office working in close cooperation with our offices in Malmö and Gothenburg.

What you will be working with

You will contribute to identifying areas for organisational development based on our strategic initiatives and translating these into clear activities and projects. Furthermore, you will support our Leaders in HR-related questions and processes such as:

  • Support and recommendations regarding employment legislation
  • Provision of insights related to recruitment, retention, employer branding and sick leave
  • Development of new and existing HR processes
  • Responsibility for all HR related content on our intranet
  • Planning and delivery of internal courses and training, facilitation of internal gatherings and workshops
  • Contributing to culture building and internal communication activities across the company

The working day in the position is varied, so you must be a person who enjoys changing hats regularly, is flexible and has an entrepreneurial spirit.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in working with people
  • Has a master's degree in HR and/or personnel administration subjects or similar
  • Has 5-8 years’ experience in the HR field at a strategic or management level, preferably from a consulting firm or other professional service
  • Has good knowledge of employment legislation
  • Has experience in developing working environments
  • Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
