Our Impact Office currently consists of 11 people and is organised as a virtual team with members from each of our practices (service areas) and offices, co-ordinated by a small, central team.
You will join one of our practices while also being part of the Impact Office.
Creating commercial impact through collaboration
The goal of our Impact Office is to support and continuously improve Implement’s commercial processes from lead generation to proposal writing, negotiating and winning the project.
Being part of a practice, which is the main focus, your job will be to plan and manage the commercial processes together with the partner team. This includes driving the development of big and important proposals, supporting lead generation activities and following up on the pipeline of new opportunities.
As part of the Impact Office, you will work with colleagues from other practices and offices to develop Implement’s sales and proposal toolbox, share and implement commercial best practices as well as support the staffing process around projects.
