Junior consultants with strong analytical skills to join our Digital Transformation team

We are rapidly increasing our intake of digital transformation projects. Therefore, we wish to bring in two or three talented students who want a career in management consulting to join our Digital Transformation team as soon as possible

Job content

The job content will be specified according to the right candidate, but you must be passionate about one or more of the following areas:

  • IT project and programme management
  • IT strategy
  • ERP strategy and implementation
  • Sourcing and selection of IT systems
  • IT law and contracting
  • Cyber and information security
  • Data and analytics
  • Digital & IT strategy

The workload will be approximately 2-3 days per week. However, we understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are busy with assignments and exams.

What you will be working with

Working as a junior consultant at Implement, you will handle a variety of tasks depending on the projects we are running, both internally and externally. However, we expect that you will do most of your work for external clients in collaboration with colleagues from Implement. On such projects, your areas of responsibility may vary from analyses, preparation and execution of workshops to managing certain parts of the project.

As part of a project, you will carry out work and analyses that form an important basis for decisions. Thus, it is crucial that you are able to conduct data-based analyses, put them into a strategic and process-related perspective and present them in a way that is easily understandable.

Specifically within data and analytics, it would be an advantage if you have experience with data transformation and visualisation tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL or Power BI as well as are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have a structured approach to your work.

Part of the job is to spot new trends in the IT world, and you will take part in presenting them to the Digital Transformation team.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, law, mathematical modelling or similar
  • Have minimum 1.5 years left before graduating
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have a strong understanding of and interest in IT
  • Want to become part of the management consulting industry
  • Are team players as well as able to work independently
  • Are analytical but also empathic

We are looking for people who can challenge us but also want to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?

At Implement, you will be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants, who will be part of taking your strategic and process-related understanding to the next level.

We attach great importance to personal and professional development through our mentor programme and sparring on projects. You will also participate in our internal training programmes.

If you perform well as a junior consultant and would like to continue the journey at Implement, there may be a possibility of permanent employment as a full-time consultant after you complete your studies.
