At Implement Consulting Group, we are a team of experts passionate about turning complex compliance requirements within privacy and information security, particularly GDPR and NIS 2, into operational solutions that our clients can actually manage and maintain over time. We work with our clients to establish a privacy and information security approach that is an integral part of their business – because in our opinion, this is the only way to create real impact in the privacy and information security domain.

The team you will be joining

Our team consists of people with legal, auditing and business backgrounds and with experience from the legal sector, various industries and the central administration. This diversity allows us to provide our clients with a holistic approach to privacy and work with a human-centric focus. It is paramount to us to have a value-driven approach to compliance.

Beyond that, we all have one thing in common: we are here to help.

We work across sectors and industries in a wide range of disciplines related to privacy and information security, e.g. GDPR as well as upcoming legislation such as DORA, NIS 2 and the EU AI Act.

Our work varies greatly, and we do everything from compliance advisory to GDPR implementations from A to Z to projects targeted at creating impact in a specific compliance/privacy area, e.g. optimising processes for privacy risk assessments. As such, there is no such thing as a “typical” day in our team, and we work with great flexibility, both remotely and on-site with our clients.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You might be just the one we are looking for to help us on our journey: a co-creating natural who is deeply interested in turning compliance requirements into human behaviour and – ultimately – organisational change. Someone who thrives in the cross field between law and operationalisation and who is passionate about driving transformation.

We are looking for people with

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting and/or law/compliance, possibly combined with industry knowledge
• An interest, and preferably experience, in privacy, compliance and information security, particularly in GDPR and related domains (NIS 2, DORA etc.)
• Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking
• Solid project management skills are a plus, and a collaborative approach to client engagement is a must
• At least one relevant master’s degree with top marks, e.g. Master of Law/Business Law
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills and energy
