What you will do

As a front office receptionist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. The role focuses on providing general administrative support to the Stockholm office, including but not limited to:

  • Being responsible for day-to-day tasks at the front desk such as greeting guests, clients and colleagues
  • Preparing meeting rooms and assisting our clients and consultants with their meetings
  • Helping provide our consultants with the right tools and services to enable them to work effectively. This could include printing, ordering food and other services
  • Helping organise and support internal and external events to ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • Assist with booking meetings for colleagues
  • Working closely with other office departments
  • Taking the initiative and having a proactive approach to administration and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Stockholm office
  • Ensuring that our meeting rooms look presentable and being responsible for the general appearance of the entire office space, e.g. organising and making sure that everything is in order
  • Planning and managing office logistics, e.g. ordering supplies etc.
  • Performing various administrative tasks

Who are we looking for?
As a person, you are outgoing, positive, proactive and willing to take the initiative. You are driven by curiosity and have a thirst for knowledge. You are service minded by nature and see the needs of others before they do. You are proficient in using IT tools and the MS Office package such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Implement’s corporate language is English, but you must be fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken.
