Job content

• Working closely with the Finance team in Copenhagen and helping colleagues in Malmo, Gothenburg and Oslo to achieve the shared objective of establishing a Finance function that adheres to best practices
• Invoicing and administering projects in collaboration with the project manager
• Bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts in connection with invoicing
• Supporting the accounts receivable team (payments and reminders)
• Assisting with VAT and corporate tax returns
• Continuously optimising and standardising accounting processes
• Participating in internal as well as international projects

We are looking for someone who

• Has a finance background
• Is efficient, analytical and detail-oriented
• Is proficient in MS Office and has a flair for numbers
• Is a team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced and international environment
• Contributes to achieving a high level of “customer satisfaction” with a can-do attitude and positive energy
• Thrives in our Scandinavian company culture with a flat organisational structure and a high degree of autonomy
• Is fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
