Are you an outgoing person who can take the initiative and be proactive – an extrovert who is always aware of the needs of others and efficient in helping? Then you may be the new service-minded front-desk employee we are looking for to take a full-time position at our office in Malmö.

Job content

 

Joining our Malmö office as Ambassador of first impressions, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Among other things, you will:

  • Be responsible for daily tasks at the front desk, e.g. meetings and assisting our clients and consultants.
  • Help provide our consultants with the tools and services that allow them to work effectively.
  • Lead and organise client events to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team located in Denmark and participate in marketing and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the other Swedish offices on continuous improvements.
  • Take the initiative and have a proactive approach to administration and culture at the Malmö office.
  • Be responsible for our meeting rooms looking presentable and the general appearance of the entire office space, e.g. organising and making sure that everything is in order.
  • Planning and managing logistics regarding the office
  • Carry out various administrative tasks.

Who are we looking for?

 

As a person, you are outgoing, positive, proactive and prepared to take the initiative. You are an extrovert driven by curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. You are service minded by nature and see the needs of others before they even realise it. You are proficient in using IT tools as well as the MS Office package such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Implement’s corporate language is English, but you must be fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken. Academic education is an advantage but not necessity.
