Enjoy working with people, surveys and data?

Junior analyst for our in-house Analysis team

Do you like working with assessment tools, quantitative survey data and visualisation? Then you may be the new junior analyst we are looking for to join our in-house Analysis team.

At Implement Consulting Group, we aim to make a difference in the consulting industry. We believe that the ability to create Change with Impact is a precondition for success in an increasingly global and turbulent world.

By joining us, you will get to work with change in a different way. You will get the chance to combine your analytical thinking and intuitive understanding – hard and soft knowledge – to solve problems that our clients are facing.

What you will be working with

We are looking for a junior analyst for our in-house Analysis team who enjoys working with quantitative analysis and managing personality tests.

The job content varies, but includes:

  • Setup and distribution of surveys using various tools
  • Data management and validation
  • Data analysis, reporting and visualisation of key results
  • Distribution and management of various personality tests
  • Various administrative tasks (e.g. invoicing and ad hoc assignments)

You will be working approximately 15 hours per week. There may, however, be periods of higher workloads, and we are of course flexible during your exam periods.

We may be looking for you if you are:

  • Currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the fields of social science, economics or the like. We encourage candidates with other backgrounds to apply as well if they have in-depth knowledge about quantitative data collection and analysis.
  • Interested in the cross-field of data and business and want to work in a high-paced, energetic environment.
  • Highly skilled in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or the like. Strong IT skills is a clear advantage.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Structured and can work independently/manage your own projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical, service-minded and a team player.

What do we offer?

We offer a position in a fast-growing consultancy, where you will be responsible for supporting various quantitative projects and administrative tasks. You will become part of our Analysis team, covering two full-time employees and three student assistants, who are all dedicated to survey management and quantitative analysis. We have an informal way of working together, and the communication language is mainly Danish.

You will also have excellent development opportunities within quantitative data management and analysis among highly competent and ambitious colleagues. We work with a high degree of freedom with responsibility and support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients and colleagues create exceptional results. We offer a truly unique culture, a network of helpful colleagues and a company trying to change the business of consulting to create Change with Impact.

We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so please apply as soon as possible. We hope to welcome our new junior analyst in the beginning of April 2021.
