We are currently on the lookout for top students with strong analytical and social skills, who want to work in management consulting within the cross-field of people management, business and technology.
At Implement Consulting Group, we aim to make a positive difference in the consulting industry, as we believe that the ability to create change with impact and purpose is a precondition for success in a global and turbulent world. We are rapidly expanding our team in HR and Organisation, and we are excited to meet talented students, who are curious about starting a career in management consulting, and to get you on board our journey.
We expect you to work 2-3 days per week (approximately 20 hours), and we are, of course, flexible in exam periods.
We are looking for young talents who:
We expect you to be flexible and cooperative and comfortable working independently under constantly changing conditions. You are free to challenge us, and you must be curious and willing to learn from experienced and passionate consultants. You are empathic and have a sincere interest in people and in building relations.
If there is a match between our culture and your personality, there might be a possibility of permanent employment as a management consultant after you have completed your studies. This could be at all our offices around Europe, so do not hesitate if you want to move somewhere else after your studies.
Talent development is key to our business. We invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people – so they can stay ahead of their game and deliver the best consultancy services to our clients.
The application deadline is as soon as possible.
We look forward to hearing from you!
