Can you hack companies’ strategic growth problems?

Commercial strategy graduates

Are you a soon-to-be or recent graduate, and do you get excited about hacking companies’ strategic growth problems?

Would you like to play a part in solving the problems inherent in companies’ future growth, and are you an aspiring management consultant ready to ignite your career by designing commercial growth strategies?

At Implement, we are currently looking for new talent to join our team dedicated to commercial strategy. Specifically, we are looking for graduates finishing their Master’s in summer 2023 or recent graduates (+/- one year since graduation) who would like to be part of a tribe of growth-oriented nerds who really care about helping companies realise their top-line ambitions.

Job description

The content of your work depends on your profile and interests, as we want you to take ownership of your career. You will have a say in the type of projects that you get involved in, and you can expect to be involved in projects focusing on commercial growth, which includes topics such as:

  • Commercial strategy
  • Go-to-market design and channel strategy
  • Customer experience, segmentation and customer strategy
  • Value proposition and differentiation
  • Commercial operating model and capabilities

As a graduate, you will work alongside experienced colleagues for clients from all kinds of industries, including health/life science and logistics, as well as industrial building processes and manufacturing. You can expect to work for large organisations that need help solving complex commercial problems. The nature of our work is project-based, allowing you to work with various challenges during the year and ensuring a steep learning curve.

Role and responsibilities

It is our priority that you are hands-on as early as possible, and we strive to get you involved in client work from day one. Your responsibilities depend on your profile and experience, and as you grow, so will your responsibilities. In the beginning, you can expect to be involved in areas such as:

  • Content creation for workshops, reports and presentations
  • Workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation
  • Number crunching and data modelling for analysis
  • Customer interviews and research
  • Project track ownership and lead

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in-house, such as sales, recruitment and culture-building activities.

You will work from our Copenhagen offices in Hellerup or Central Copenhagen (you decide for yourself), your home and on client premises (domestic and international) – with a high degree of flexibility.

First and foremost, we are looking for talent with a genuine interest in areas related to commercial growth.

Secondly, we are looking for someone who:

  • Strikes a balance between IQ and EQ – grades and test scores are not everything where we’re concerned, and we want you to have a human touch
  • Is proactive, quality-/detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines, independently and in teams
  • Has an analytical and structured way of thinking and is able to break down problems to find solutions
  • Is comfortable being in front of clients and building relationships with new people
  • Is fluent in written and spoken English

We would like you to be flexible and cooperative in your approach to work. You are brave enough to challenge us while being curious and willing to learn from more experienced colleagues. You are empathetic and have a sincere interest in people and building relationships.

What do we offer?

At Implement, we aspire to be the best place for the best people, and we invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people through training and social activities. Most of your learning will come from the work you do on projects, and we offer an instructive, relevant and versatile job, where you will become familiar with management consulting though client projects and by working closely with senior colleagues. You will be assigned a personal leader and a buddy from day one to support you on your journey as an aspiring Implementer and management consultant. As you invest time and effort in Implement, so do we in you. Basically, we want you to grow.
