At Implement, we are currently looking for new talent to join our team dedicated to commercial strategy. Specifically, we are looking for graduates finishing their Master’s in summer 2023 or recent graduates (+/- one year since graduation) who would like to be part of a tribe of growth-oriented nerds who really care about helping companies realise their top-line ambitions.
The content of your work depends on your profile and interests, as we want you to take ownership of your career. You will have a say in the type of projects that you get involved in, and you can expect to be involved in projects focusing on commercial growth, which includes topics such as:
As a graduate, you will work alongside experienced colleagues for clients from all kinds of industries, including health/life science and logistics, as well as industrial building processes and manufacturing. You can expect to work for large organisations that need help solving complex commercial problems. The nature of our work is project-based, allowing you to work with various challenges during the year and ensuring a steep learning curve.
Role and responsibilities
It is our priority that you are hands-on as early as possible, and we strive to get you involved in client work from day one. Your responsibilities depend on your profile and experience, and as you grow, so will your responsibilities. In the beginning, you can expect to be involved in areas such as:
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in-house, such as sales, recruitment and culture-building activities.
You will work from our Copenhagen offices in Hellerup or Central Copenhagen (you decide for yourself), your home and on client premises (domestic and international) – with a high degree of flexibility.
