Are you a brilliant soon-to-be graduate excited about a career in management consulting? We are currently looking for students with creative minds and cutting-edge skills who will be graduating in the summer of 2024 to join our Malmö team in the autumn of 2024.

The role 
The role will be tailor-made according to the candidate’s skills and passions. Currently, we are looking to grow our team and presence in several expertise areas. You must have a genuine interest in deepening your knowledge and expertise in one of these areas combined with a desire to help organisations truly change.  

These are the following expertise areas we are recruiting for: 

Commercial: How do you ensure a successful business and increased profits in the short term while future-proofing for the long term? How do you shape a more efficient commercial organisation while still delivering the best customer service? Excited to deep dive into commercial strategy and support organisations in go-to-market choices, value proposition design or sales organisation optimisation? Then you are what we are looking for. 

Sustainability: How can we develop a sustainable business strategy that ensures value creation for people and the planet? How do we seamlessly integrate sustainability into every aspect of a company’s operations? How can we collaborate across the value chain, partnering to innovate and scale solutions that significantly reduce our environmental footprint? These are some of the questions our sustainability experts help our clients with on a daily basis, and now you can join us in addressing the planet’s most pressing issues. 

Operations: Supply chain management and operations are now more than ever a focus topic for global and local companies. With the previous years’ disturbances, shocking global systems and focus on digitisation, resilience and sustainability are increasingly important topics for top management. Are you intrigued to hear more about how we work with these topics? 

Digital: Digital is no longer a support function. It is the primary space for almost every business. Do you want to help businesses navigate the complex, fascinating world of digital space to embrace the power of technology and unlock its huge potential? Then this is the area for you. 

Your role will typically include: 

• Designing and driving strategy processes at the corporate, business unit and functional levels  
• Tackling complex problems and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses  
• Designing, envisioning and testing innovative solutions and communicating results and recommendations convincingly in a highly structured manner  
• Facilitating change processes, interactions and workshops to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations  
• Being open-minded and prepared for a steep learning curve and applying new approaches to solve the most worthwhile problems today 
• Participating in developing a truly unique team in the Malmö region 

We are looking for people who: 

• Are about to (or recently did) graduate with a master’s degree in business, economics or engineering with excellent academic results 
• Have strong analytical skills 
• Have the ability to maintain a holistic view and at the same time get nerdy in a specific topic  
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English (a Nordic language is preferred but not a requirement) 
• Appreciate a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy 

You love working with people and are keen on creating impact through an appreciative approach. You thrive on acting autonomously and have your own point of view. You have an edge and can challenge us, but you also have a desire to learn from experienced consultants.
