Are you a best-in-class student with an aspiration of helping companies tackle the problems of tomorrow? Do you have strong analytical skills, human touch and an interest in monetisation strategy and pricing?
We at Implement are currently looking for sharp, young individuals who are eager to join a team of equally passionate nerds in pricing excellence, monetisation strategy, commercial transformation and growth – especially if you are at the end of your bachelor’s degree or further along in your studies.
The job content
When working at Implement, you are the master of your career. The content of your work will therefore depend heavily on your enjoyment and interests. The type of projects you will get involved in will partly be of your own choice within topics such as pricing and profit optimisation, commercial growth and monetising strategy.
As a junior consultant, you can expect to work with significant organisations from different industries, solving complex problems with experienced colleagues.
The role and responsibility
It is our priority that you are in the field working for clients and gaining experience. Your responsibilities depend on your profile and the project you are involved in, and as you grow, so do your responsibilities. In the beginning, you can expect to be involved in areas such as:
Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take on internal responsibilities such as internal reports, recruitment and culture-building activities.
We expect you to work approximately 20 hours a week while being flexible during exam periods. You will be working from our Hellerup office in Copenhagen, your home and at the clients’ locations.
Firstly, we are looking for talent with a genuine interest in areas related to monetisation strategy and commercial growth.
Secondly, we are looking for a person who:
We expect you to be flexible and cooperative in your approach to work. We dare you to challenge us while being curious and willing to learn from experienced colleagues. You are empathic and have a sincere interest in people and building relations both at work and after hours.
What do we offer?
We aspire to be the best place for the best people, and we invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people through training and social activities. Most of your learning will come from the work you do on projects, and we offer an instructive, relevant and versatile job, where you will become familiar with management consulting through client projects and by working closely with senior colleagues. There will also be several courses available to strengthen your consulting skills where you are given the opportunity to apply the theory learnt. You will get a personal leader and a buddy from day one to support you on your journey as an aspiring Implementer and management consultant. As you invest your time and efforts in Implement, so do we in you. We want you to become the best consultant you could possibly be, and it is our ambition that you grow into a full-time consultant after your studies if we match your personality and if you match our culture.
