Job content

In the Business Performance team, we work on large-scale transformation projects in which we deploy our expertise in finance and business transformations to create lasting change for our clients.

The projects vary but include:

Finance transformation
Transforming future finance organisations through finance transformation and business partnering:

• Performance management
• Business partnering
• Finance strategy
• Finance operations
• Finance excellence

Business transformation
Leading end-to-end initiatives to transform business performance across functional areas and teams:

• Order-to-cash transformation
• Digital transformation
• Operating model optimisation
• Dynamic planning

We are looking for people who:

• Have at least 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or similar
• Have solid project management skills and a collaborative approach to client engagement
• Have professional experience in problem-solving and finance function transformation
• Hold a relevant academic degree
• Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English and Danish
• Are passionate about what they do and thrive in a network-based culture
• Have strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking

You are motivated by creating results and believe in an appreciative approach in the execution of change. You can have firm opinions but are also aware that nothing is black and white. You are analytical as well as empathetic and thrive in a diverse environment. In your future job, you wish to take on both the role of advisor and project manager, and you are interested in working with several aspects of the job as a consultant.
