Dream of a career in consulting, strategy and M&A?

Implement Strategy is looking for graduates with a passion for strategy and M&A

Implement Strategy, part of Implement Consulting Group, is looking for the brightest graduates to join our international Strategy and M&A team of roughly 100 consultants and become part of one of the most renowned strategy consultancies in the Nordics. The preferred starting date is in August or September 2024.

Our approach to consulting

Implement Strategy’s approach to solving strategic problems is to bring in uniquely experienced and diverse teams for all assignments, combined with strong leadership involvement throughout. We work in close collaboration with our clients and believe that co-creating solutions is the best way to succeed. We apply scientific thinking to strategy by systematically exploring data to create insights, design innovative strategic options and make deep fact-based tests and prototypes to craft winning choices for the future.

Our work is centred around helping companies tackle their most difficult strategic challenges: the complex, the worthwhile and the unknown. We help design winning strategies, discover new paths to strategic innovation, support companies’ M&A agenda and bring strategy to life for sustainable impact.

About the role

On these projects, you are likely to:

  • Tackle complex issues through quantitative as well as qualitative analyses
  • Take part in defining our clients’ visions and strategies by identifying specific initiatives that create real impact, including uncovering M&A opportunities
  • Prepare and execute workshops on strategic problem-solving processes and M&A-related work to engage and co-create with key stakeholders in global organisations
  • Work on commercial due diligence to help clients evaluate their business potential
  • Drive independent workstreams in client engagements
  • Participate in further developing a truly unique top-tier strategy brand and team, including internal business development

Desired qualifications

  • Completing your master’s degree in strategy, finance, economics and/or engineering in 2024 with an excellent academic record
  • Strong numerical and qualitative methodical skills combined with an empathetic, entrepreneurial and curious mindset
  • Open-minded, prepared for a steep learning curve and ready to apply new approaches to working with strategy and M&A

If you are interested in consulting, strategy and M&A, eager to strengthen your analytical toolbox in a fast-paced environment and aspire to become a strategic problem-solver, design-thinker and value-creation enabler, we would love to hear from you!

What do we offer?

You will get a job in which you are deeply involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who can help take your strategic understanding to the next level.

We attach great importance to personal and professional development. You will learn through practice, receive sparring from mentors and colleagues and participate in our internal training programmes and off-site retreats. In addition, you will receive support from the entire Implement Strategy team in client projects, career guidance and toolbox development. We offer a high degree of flexibility and a truly unique culture – exemplified by the people we are and how we work.

We are reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so apply as soon as possible and no later than 30 October 2023. If we reach maximum capacity before this date, we will remove the job post. The first round of interviews will be held in mid-november.
