At Implement Consulting Group, we offer a unique approach to management consulting combined with expert knowledge within a wide range of business areas and among dedicated colleagues. Currently, we are expanding our internal IT department, and we are therefore looking for an engaged student assistant with a strong service mindset and IT knowledge to be part of our internal IT department.

Job description – Change with Impact


The job content will vary depending on the candidate in question, but you must have an interest in at least one or more of the following areas:

  • IT and computers
  • Handling mobile phones – especially iPhones
  • Office 365
  • Service and support

Depending on your profile, you will be responsible for areas alternating between support, small development tasks and other ad hoc IT assignments. As an important part of the job, you must be ready to take on practical and administrative tasks to help your fellow colleagues. You will be a part of a dynamic IT team with fellow students.

Typical IT assignments will include one or more of the following areas:

 

  • Level 1 IT support (PC, iPhone, MS Office, AV equipment).
  • Preparing equipment for new employees.
  • Debugging of IT equipment.
  • Drafting guides and guidelines.
  • Participating in internal projects.

We expect you to be able to work 2-3 days a week (approximately 20 hours). However, we also understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

Are you the young bright head we are looking for?


You may be the one we are looking for if you:

  • Are studying engineering, IT, business or similar (with a minimum of one year of studies left).
  • Are service-minded and like to work with people, as a big part of the job is to guide colleagues through their IT issues.
  • Are flexible whenever the task or workload requires it.
  • Flourish in a busy and sometimes hectic environment.
  • Can prioritise personal assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Are a super user of Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Are familiar with Mac OS X.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

We expect you to have a liking for administrative and practical tasks and to be flexible and co-operative as well as to able to work independently under changing conditions. It would also be an advantage if you are already familiar with Active Directory and printer setup.
