Management consultant with experience in transforming the ways of working in IT organisations

We are experiencing a great demand for agile skills, and we are therefore looking for new colleagues who share our interest in digital transformations. We are particularly looking for people who have an interest in and knowledge about agile transformations.

We are looking for new colleagues who can help our clients with agile transformations through


  • Crafting strategies, capability models and operating models in organisations pursuing a higher level of agility
  • Developing and optimising organisational design
  • Advising on and designing new delivery value streams
  • Supporting leaders on the agile change journey
  • Designing and implementing agile portfolio management and agile delivery models
  • Assisting in developing agile centres of excellence and/or process improvement teams
  • Advising clients on the challenges related to performance measurement, incentive systems, professional development structures etc. when transforming into agile ways of working
  • Scoping and structuring large transformation programmes

Teaching new tools and methods to leaders undergoing agile transformations

We are looking for people who


  • Hold a relevant master’s degree
  • Have experience from another management consultancy or high-performing IT organisation
  • Have worked with agile organisational design and are among the best in their team
  • Have a strong track record of handling complex challenges in planning and executing agile transformations in organisations
  • Are a natural problem-solver

You are focused on creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach to the execution of change. You can be normative but are aware that nothing is black and white. You love diversity and are both analytical and emphatic. In your future job, you wish to take on both the role of adviser and project manager, and you are interested in working with several aspects of the job as a consultant.

In addition, it would be cool if you


  • Understand IT development processes and the related aspects around maintenance, operations etc.
  • Have the ability and desire to work with people, including coaching, training and facilitating people or groups with a positive and energetic approach
  • Have a large professional network relevant to agile transformations
  • Can drive sales activities and help our business grow through commercial ownership
