We are looking for an ambitious student assistant to support our exciting growth journey 2-3 days a week.

Can you see yourself being a driving force behind Implement’s brand development and marketing initiatives in Norway? If you are excited about crafting compelling marketing stories and like to work in an international setting, then this might be the right opportunity for you.

You will be driving regional brand development and marketing initiatives together with local consultants and partners. You will have a dotted line into our global Marketing department located in Denmark. The Marketing department is responsible for the global brand and marketing strategy, visual identity (with a dedicated Graphics team), lead generation, SoMe etc.

Job content

• Developing the market position and brand of Implement in Norway as well as generating and nurturing leads in selected target segments and companies.
• Supporting our Norwegian Partners driving online presence in Norway.
• Support with content for social media campaigns in collaborating with our social media manager in Denmark.
• Assisting in the production of both external and internal events, both physical and virtual – including the planning and execution of webinars.
• Managing our CRM system, including data maintenance and campaign execution.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is pursuing an education in marketing, branding, communication or a related field.
• Has project management skills, creative finesse and technical confidence.
• Is driven, energetic and willing to go the extra mile.
• Is creative and bubbling with ideas.
• Is not afraid to get their hands dirty and take end-to-end responsibility.
• Is proactive and comfortable working independently as well as in teams
• Is fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
