Do you have experience in bid management and commercial development in professional services, consulting or IT? If you would like to help us continue our exceptional growth journey, you may be the new colleague we are looking for to join our cross-organisational Impact Office team.

Creating commercial impact through collaboration

In our Impact Office team, our goal is to support and continuously improve our commercial processes. We are organised as a virtual team with members from each of our practices (service areas) and offices, co-ordinated by a small, central team.

As part of the team, your job will be to co-ordinate the commercial processes together with the partner team as well as manage the development of big and important proposals.

As part of the Impact Office team, you will work with colleagues from the other practices and offices to share and anchor commercial best practices, develop tools, share knowledge and support the staffing process around projects.

We are looking for a person who:

• Holds a master’s degree
• Has bid management experience from professional services, consulting or IT, including planning and driving bid processes with multiple stakeholders
• Alternatively, has a background as a consultant and wants to pursue a career in bid management
• Can work independently while also enjoying being part of a team
• Has strong PowerPoint skills and presentation development experience
• Speaks and writes German and English fluently
