Are you into executing strategies and working with innovation and agile methodologies? Would you like to be part of a rapidly growing area? Are you enthusiastic about project management and modularity? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our Strategic Innovation and Execution team.
We are looking for the brightest students to join our team in an unconventional consulting firm that is committed to helping organisations become fit for humans and fit for the future.
What you will be working with
As part of the Strategic Innovation and Execution team, you will primarily be working with the developing engine of companies in the private sector, helping them execute projects and undergo large-scale transformations. The job content will be specified according to your competencies when we have found the right candidates.
However, you must be enthusiastic about one or more of the following areas:
Your areas of responsibility will vary between external client engagements and internal assignments, but at least 70% of your work will be related to external client engagements. On these projects, your areas of responsibility may vary from analytical assignments to preparing and executing workshops as well as managing small parts of a project.
You will be working approximately 20-25 hours per week. However, we understand that you must attend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are busy with exams.
You might be the one we are looking for if you:
We are looking for strategic thinkers, nerds and activists, and we are truly fascinated by passion. Whether you are a brainstorming champion, can do a valuation on the back of a napkin, know your business model canvas by heart, can build rock-solid Excel models and killer presentations or just have an innate and deep curiosity that will bring you to a new level, we would love to hear from you.
What do we offer?
You will be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who can help take your strategic understanding to the next level.
We attach great importance to personal and professional development. You will learn through practice, spar with mentors and colleagues and participate in our internal training programme for students. If there is a match between our organisation and you, there is a good chance that you will be taken on permanently as a full-time consultant after completing your studies.
