Are you an ambitious student pursuing a master’s degree with a planned graduation in 2025 or 2026, and are you curious about a career in management consulting?

We are currently looking for talented students who want a career in management consulting to join our team in Malmö at the beginning of 2024. As a junior consultant, you will get the chance to work together with experienced colleagues, interact with customers and take responsibility for deliverables, just like a graduate consultant would. The only difference is that you do it part-time during your studies. Once you have completed your studies, we aim to offer you a full-time position.

We are a fast-growing management consultancy with 1,400+ consultants across six countries. We are a team of true problem solvers dedicated to helping organisations become fit for humans and fit for the future. For us, consulting is, in essence, about helping. That is what we do. And we consider ourselves extraordinarily fortunate to work with major organisations, helping them solve their most critical issues.

We are committed to leaving organisations and their people in a truly better place – more changeable, more engaged and better equipped to create a better future.

Job content – Change with Impact
The role will be tailored according to the candidate’s skills and passions. Currently, we are looking to grow our team and presence in our operations area. Supply chain management and operations are now more than ever a focus topic for global and local companies. With the disturbances of recent years, shocking global systems and focus on digitisation, resilience and sustainability are increasingly important topics for top management. Are you intrigued to hear more about how we work with these topics?

Typical assignments include (but are not limited to)

  • Helping clients identify and implement solutions to critical business problems
  • Preparing presentations and engaging workshops
  • Advanced analyses and business case development
  • Creating strategic communication material
  • Preparing and supporting strategic decisions

The Junior Consultant programme is a possibility for students to engage in management consulting during their studies by working part-time. The workload will be approximately 20 hours per week. However, we also understand that you must tend to and prioritise your studies, and we are aware that there will be times when you are occupied by assignments and exams.

We are looking for people who

  • Have more than 1.5 years left of their studies in engineering or other relevant fields with excellent academic results
  • Have strong methodical skills
  • Have great communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English (a Nordic language is preferred but not a requirement)
  • Have experience working in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Appreciate a flat organisation where results are more important than hierarchy.

You love working with people and are keen on creating impact through an appreciative approach. You thrive on acting autonomously and have an independent point of view. You have an edge and can challenge us, but you also have a desire to learn from experienced consultants.

What do we offer?
We offer a job in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial consultancy. You will quickly become involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding to the next level. At Implement Consulting Group, you will become a member of a consultancy ranked as one of the top 10 consulting firms to work for in Europe.

You will participate in our internal training programme specifically designed for our junior consultants, helping you to build the skills supporting you in your consulting career. If you perform well as a junior consultant and would like to continue the journey at Implement, our ambition is to offer you  permanent employment as a full-time consultant after you complete your studies.

We offer a unique culture and learning environment at a company that strives to redefine the industry from the inside: faster change with greater impact while loving what we do.

Please note: We will be screening applications on an ongoing basis. Deadline for application is 3/12 at 23.59.
