Job description

Our clients are moving faster on ESG matters, and the challenges of helping organisations in climate and sustainability efforts are increasingly more about doing than saying.

Our global sustainability team is growing, and we are, therefore, looking for experienced consultants to join our team in Oslo who want to make a difference in supporting organisations transform towards a more sustainable future.

As part of our team, you will be working in some of the following areas:

  • Developing sustainable strategies (around environmental, social and governance dimensions)
  • Supporting execution of sustainable strategies
  • Decarbonising supply chains
  • Enabling sustainable growth
  • Developing and integrating circular business models
  • Building organisational movements as a cultural transformation for sustainability
  • And most likely, things we have not even thought about

Your background

As a person, you are ambitious, likeable, result oriented and have strong teaming and networking skills. You are analytical, communicative and know how to solve complex challenges. You thrive in a network-based CULTURE and have some commercial experience, e.g. in consulting services. You appreciate high quality standards in your work. You are fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English. And you dare to be different.

Preferably, you have experience in one or more of the topics below:

  • Sustainability strategies and execution
  • Circularity business models
  • ESG due diligence
  • EU taxonomy for sustainable finance
  • Carbon emission baselines
  • Target setting and sustainability frameworks, such as GRI, science-based targets, CDP, Future-Fit etc.

You have a master’s degree from a university or business school with a strong emphasis on economics, alternatively an engineering or technical background supplemented with solid business understanding.
