Would you like to be part of a leading Nordic management consultancy and help shape the businesses of tomorrow? At Implement, we are currently looking for ambitious graduates to join our fast-growing business performance team from September 2025.
Who are we?
Our business performance team consists of more than 70 consultants. We have a passion for business transformation and an unwavering commitment to creating change with impact.
We work closely with our clients on complex end-to-end transformation projects that allow us to deploy and leverage our cross-functional expertise in finance transformation, risk and compliance, sustainability and data with impact.
What will you do?
As a graduate at Implement, you will work on projects alongside our experienced management consultants. Our projects come in many shapes and sizes, and so do the tasks that you will perform on a daily basis, which is your opportunity to influence your working life and career path.
Depending on your academic background, previous experience and interests, you can expect to be involved in projects relating to one or more of the following subject areas:
- Finance
We are experts across all areas that impact the CFO and assist companies in developing finance strategies that empower their finance functions to thrive while transforming finance operating models to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Our expertise includes finance excellence, covering areas such as finance strategy, performance management, net working capital optimisation and finance process improvements. Additionally, we lead finance-driven business transformations. These larger, cross-company initiatives include ERP implementation, changes to finance operating models and transformations in, for example, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, all spearheaded by the CFO.
- Sustainability
We take a holistic approach to sustainability, helping clients improve their performance and strategic decision-making by operationalising sustainability through the operating model. By focusing on relevant, high-quality ESG data, we empower clients to prioritise their sustainability efforts effectively. Key areas include sustainability reporting, CSRD and climate risk resilience, enabling clients to optimise resources for maximum environmental and societal impact.
- Risk and compliance
Developing a healthy culture of risk-based decision-making and optimal risk management. We support companies in driving successful regulatory implementations, including regulatory change management and implementation of innovative technology to support better and more efficient risk and compliance. Project themes typically include financial and non-financial risk management, governance, risk and compliance transformation, digitalisation of business processes, FCP operations and operational implementation of regulations across business lines and geographies.
- Data enablement
Improving data quality for data-driven decision-making by establishing clear roles and responsibilities, improving data life cycle processes, establishing data standards and implementing continuous data quality monitoring. Our focus is on implementing solid data governance for key business data, which requires a change in mindset and behaviour. Typical project themes include master data strategy, process design, organisational implementation and quality management tailored to the client to deliver fast impact.
Your profile
We need ambitious and resourceful graduates to join our team and help us drive change with impact for our clients, which is why we are looking for graduates who:
- Hold a relevant master’s degree, preferably with a focus on finance, sustainability, risk management or data analytics.
- Have experience in finance, sustainability reporting, risk and compliance transformation or data governance and are passionate about helping companies achieve their transformation goals.
- Possess a strong, methodical mind, excellent communication skills and the ability to express themselves fluently in written and spoken English.
- Are curious, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Are self-driven, able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and tasks.
Moreover, you are empathetic, have a collaborative mindset and believe in an appreciative approach to the execution of change. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so please apply at your earliest convenience.
