We’re looking for colleagues to help us start our U.S. growth journey. More specifically, we’re looking for people with experience in data management.

If you’re thrilled by building relationships, find energy in co-creation with clients and colleagues, and are a natural collaborator across functional areas of expertise, then you’re the perfect match for Implement.

Joining Implement in the U.S., you’ll become a much-valued part of our first office in the States. But you’ll not be alone. You’ll become a part of a global network of Implementers working together across borders in small, agile teams. Working on projects, we generally like to be close to our clients working side by side with them solving the project, so you should expect that a considerable part of your time will be spent at the clients’.

Experienced consultants in data enablement

As our new colleague, you have a strong track record in data enablement and data activation from data management and data governance, and you’re passionate about developing people and organizations.

At Implement, data management is a core discipline supporting a wide range of client initiatives. We find it important to look beyond technology and focus on the change of practice where our customers strive to establish high-quality data as a foundation of digital initiatives, enabling operational excellence, commercial excellence, business transformation, and compliance management.

We work determinedly with improving our clients’ abilities to establish and maintain quality and transparency of business-critical information.

Depending on the candidate, the job content will include:

• Developing digital and data strategies and subsequent initiatives in close collaboration with clients
• Designing and implementing digital capabilities in data enablement and data activation
• Assessing business and data requirements through processes and life cycles, defining future state, and establishing KPIs
• Developing and aligning data architecture with enterprise architecture

Are you the person we are looking for?

You’re a people person with well-developed empathy, you like to solve complex tasks, and you seize the opportunity to challenge colleagues and clients on solutions. You thrive in a work environment that is made up of ambitious people and love to collaborate, but you’re also flexible and able to work independently under changing conditions.

Also, we are looking for people who:

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience from management consulting, ideally combined with relevant industry experience
• Hold a relevant academic degree with an excellent record
• Have proven project management skills and a collaborative approach to client engagement
• Have professional experience in problem-solving and finance function transformation
• Are passionate about purpose and creating impact (not just preparing nice presentations) and who are not afraid to work at the intersection of finance, IT, and sales
• Have a valid U.S. working visa/permit
