Management consultants to join our Half Double team

Job content – help the world get to know and use Half Double


The job content varies but includes:

  • Half Double core team lead – being the central driver and coordinator of a team of 3-4 people passionate about creating a sustainable and self-sustaining ecosystem for Half Double Institute
  • Driving and expanding our community with marketing, online campaigns, website interaction and webinars to increase awareness of Half Double globally
  • Creating partnerships with training organisations, other consultants, researchers and customers to leverage the reach of Half Double
  • Leading and participating in agile Half Double projects that help our customers to accelerate projects and become better at innovation, development and project practices
  • Educating our customers’ people in development capabilities, e.g. project leadership

The position will be a mix of building Half Double Institute as a non-profit organisation and being a consultant for clients who would like to apply the Half Double methodology to their projects and/or transform their way of working in projects.

What we are looking for


As a person, you are likeable, result-oriented and have strong networking skills. You have great communication skills, is analytical and know how to solve complicated challenges. You thrive in a network-based culture and have commercial experience, possibly in selling advisory services. You appreciate and set high quality standards for your work.

Preferably, you have experience as a consultant from one or more of the below-mentioned areas or from a larger organisation and meet the following criteria:

  • Hold at least one relevant master’s degree
  • Three years of experience from another consultancy OR an internal consultancy/PMO/strategy function
  • Have experience from PMOs, project management processes, project model work, agile projects, programme and/or portfolio management
  • Have a passion for agile projects and Half Double but also capable of putting this knowledge into practice
  • Have the ability and desire to facilitate and train

You are keen on creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach in diffusing Half Double to the world. You can be normative but are aware that nothing is black and white. You love diversity and are both analytical and empathic. In your future job, you wish to take on both the role of adviser and project manager, and you are interested in working with several aspects of the job as a consultant.
