Job content
Architecture is a broad field so the actual job content will be specified to match your subject matter expertise and passion. We typically work with the following areas:

• Leading architectural transformation journeys in complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Developing cloud strategies and executing the migration journey.
• Aiding digital transformations by designing and communicating target and transition architectures and roadmaps to achieve them.
• Building or developing enterprise architecture capabilities and implementing EA tools.
• Analysing application portfolios and defining optimisation paths.
• Designing integration architectures and setting up best practice for seamless and cost-efficient system interaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a relevant master’s degree with excellent results – especially within architecture related topics such as Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture or Software Development. 
• Has the right mix of analytical and emotional intelligence – a person who can come up with the right answer and make it happen in the organisation.
• Has excellent analytical skills paired with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Has a genuine interest in management consulting.
• Has a passion for architectural work.
• Has excellent communication skills and is fluent in written and spoken English.

Having one or more architecture certifications will be advantageous. This could be platform certifications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow or specific ERP vendors, cloud certificates like Azure, AWS or GCP, certifications in general architecture such as TOGAF, SAFe for architects or EA tool-specific certifications such as LeanIX.
