What you will be working with

In Stockholm, we seek a highly experienced and talented person to join us as a partner in the operations strategy team specializing in supply chain and operations management. By joining us as a partner, you will play a vital role in driving growth, expanding our client base and delivering high-impact projects for our Nordic market clients.

This position requires a minimum of eight years of experience in management consulting with a particular focus on supply chain and operations strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy development and implementation: Leading and executing projects in supply chain and operations strategy for our clients, delivering tangible and sustainable results that meet their business goals.
• Business development: Working with colleagues cultivating leads from Implement’s existing network and your own client network in Sweden. You must be able to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients and expand our market presence in the Swedish market.
• Leadership: Providing strong leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Problem-solving: Utilizing your supply chain and operations management expertise to deal with complex business challenges and devise practical solutions for our clients.
• Client engagement: Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of experience in management consulting with a proven track record in supply chain and operations strategy.
• Expertise in supply chain management, logistics, procurement or operations with a deep understanding of best practices and industry trends.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in at least one Nordic language is an advantage.
• Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals and expand business in the Swedish market.
• An existing client network in the Nordic region is essential
• A master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• A methodical and problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies
