Job opportunity — Zürich

Do you want to help us help our clients optimise their business?

Management consultants within business and operations transformation

Putting humans at the core – this is the credo defining our approach of how to transform organisations. And we are looking for a brilliant colleague to join us.

With whom You will work

You will be working with our fast growing Business and Operations Design practice with your team being based in Zurich, Switzerland.

We help clients redesign how they organise, work and think. While we also support incremental change, we are passionate about real innovation. We love to enter highly collaborative ways with our clients that lead us to tailored solutions allowing for new levels of customer value, agility, and efficiency. We firmly believe these solutions need to be designed for attracting and multiplying human potential.

Strategic savviness, strong analytical thinking, hands-on practicality, and outstanding communication skills are key as we help implementing highly ambitious strategies. A pinch of nerdiness and activism is desired to deliver these extraordinary solutions.

What You will do

Together with your team and the client you will work on solutions providing real impact. This includes but is not limited to:

·         designing and implementing new operating models

·         optimising processes with a digital-first mindset

·         improving ways of working at all levels of an organisation

·         conducting trainings and coaching sessions for leaders and employees

·         doing all the analytical work necessary to allow for tailored solutions

Our projects span across industries and sectors. Location wise you will find yourself primarily in Switzerland, Germany, and the Nordics. However, we run projects in all of Europe, and to a lesser extent also in Africa, in Asia and the Americas. There are plenty of opportunities to gain international experience.

Besides working on client projects, you will get the opportunity to actively develop and shape your area of expertise and our service offering as practice.

We are looking for You if ...

  • you hold an excellent Master’s degree from a renowned university, preferably in business administration
  • you have 1-2 years of working experience in start-ups, industry or consultancy
  • you are fluent in written and spoken German (C2) and English (with other languages being an asset)
  • you have a strong track record of handling complex challenges
  • you are a highly proactive, ambitious, and energising person
  • you see yourself embarking on a personal mission to become a sensei with a distinct profile along important areas ranging from Agility, Self-Organization, and Leadership to Lean, Automation, and Performance Management

You are passionate about creating sustainable results, and you believe in an appreciative approach in the execution of change. You can be normative, but you are aware that nothing is black and white. You are both analytical and empathic.

Your colleagues enjoy working with you: Your professional input is highly valued as is your company for an afterwork drink.

Who we are and what we offer

We are the #1 consultancy in the Nordics and one of Europe’s most successful consultancies within the area of designing and implementing New Ways of Workings. Rooted in the Nordics, we offer a truly unique culture with a bunch of people aiming for high performance and personal growth while enjoying a good portion of hygge.

You can expect a highly motivating work environment based on autonomy, flexibility, trust, and mutual support. On top you can expect an attractive remuneration package and a performance-related career track.
