Ambassador of first impressions for our Gothenburg office

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing people person who will strengthen our Gothenburg team as ambassador of first impressions!  

In this full-time role, you will be the one who creates the magic at our office at  Kungsportsavenyen in the heart of Gothenburg. You will be our office hero who makes sure that things get done, everything flows smoothly and helps our consultants in their daily work life.
 
To be completely honest, we are not 100% sure of the role description, but we have a pretty good idea of what type of person we want. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded by nature
• Is able to anticipate the needs of others before they realise it themselves
• Has a can-do attitude  
• Is friendly and empathetic, enjoys socialising and has lots of energy 
• Is detail-oriented and structured
• Loves administration more than our partners
• Has the black belt in Office 365
• Is fluent in English and Swedish

We will figure out as we go what your days will look like. However, we can give you some insights into what other CORE colleagues are doing at their local offices: 

• Responsible for providing first-class service to our visitors, receiving calls, handling e-mails as well as messenger services.
• Preparing for meetings, conferences and events.
• Keeping things nice and tidy in conference rooms, kitchen and other areas of the office together with the rest of the team.
• Offering business support and helping colleagues with administrative tasks such as invoices, orders, logistics etc.
• Purchasing materials, utilities, consumables and services and being the contact person for suppliers.
• Helping coordinate IT administration/support.
• Taking own initiatives and having a proactive approach to working with culture and marketing of the office.

You will be part of our global CORE organisation of support functions located all over the world that are ready to help you succeed.
