Can you help clients crack the code to future growth?

Junior consultants for our Commercial Growth Design team

Would you like to be part of shaping the winners of tomorrow by helping companies crack the code to their future growth? Are you a best-in-class student with a human touch and eager to take on a career designing commercial strategies for top companies?

At Implement, we are currently looking for sharp minds to join our tribe of commercial growth nerds. Specifically, we are interested in hearing from you if you are about to finish your bachelor’s degree or in the first year of your master’s degree and would like to be part of a team committed to helping companies realise their top-line ambitions.

The job content

Joining Implement, we will fit the content of the job with your specific profile and interests because we want you to take ownership of your career. However, you can expect to be involved in projects focusing on commercial growth, including topics such as:

  • Commercial strategy
  • Go-to-market design
  • Customer experience
  • Value proposition building
  • Capability building

As a junior consultant, you will be an integral part of the project teams that you become part of, and you will be working alongside experienced colleagues for clients from many different industries, including retail, health and life science as well as logistics, industrial building processes and manufacturing. You can expect to work for major organisations that need help solving complex commercial problems.

Your role and responsibilities

It is our priority that you are working out of the office for clients. Your responsibilities depend on your profile and the project you are involved in – and they grow with you. In the beginning, you can expect to be involved in areas such as:

  • Content creation for workshops, reposts and presentations
  • Workshop preparation, facilitation and documentation
  • Number crunching and data modelling for analysis
  • Client interviews and research

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take on internal responsibilities, such as sales-, recruitment- and culture building activities.

It is our priority that a position at Implement does not affect your academic performance. Therefore, we expect that you take your studies seriously, and we provide flexibility during peak periods, such as exams. During off-peak periods, we expect approximately 20 hours a week, depending on the project and current workload.

You will work from our Hellerup office in Copenhagen, from home and at the client’s.

Your profile

First and foremost, we are looking for talent with a genuine interest in areas related to commercial growth.

Secondly, we are looking for bright minds who:

  • Strike a balance between IQ and EQ – grades and test scores are important, but not everything, to us, and we want you to have a human touch
  • Are proactive and comfortable working independently as well as in teams
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English

We like you to be flexible and co-operative in your approach to work. You dare to challenge us, and you are curious and willing to learn from experienced colleagues. You are empathic and have a sincere interest in people.

What we offer you

We aspire to be the best place for the best people, and we invest 15% of our turnover in developing our people and culture through training and social activities. Most of your learning will come from the work you do on projects, and we offer an instructive, relevant and versatile job where you will become familiar with management consulting though client projects and by working closely with senior colleagues. You will get a personal leader and a buddy from day one to support you in your journey as an aspiring Implementer and management consultant. As you invest your time and efforts in Implement, so do we in you. Basically, we want you to grow, and it is our ambition that you grow into a full-time employee after you graduate.
